Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that every guest receives their full service time, we operate on a strict schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day, and a cancellation fee may apply.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
At EQST• we take pride in our work. We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your color, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure your hair meets your expectations.

CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS
We provide robes to protect your clothing during color services. However, EQST• is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items. We recommend avoiding high collars or expensive fabrics during chemical appointments.

We accept all major credit cards and Tap Pay.
