SALON POLICIES
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable; however, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Repeated late cancellations or no-show appointments may require full prepayment of future services.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure every guest receives the full attention and service time they deserve, EQ ST•DIO operates on a carefully scheduled appointment basis. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
At EQ ST•DIO, we take pride in our work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, your satisfaction remains important to us.
If you have concerns regarding your color service, please contact EQ ST•DIO within 7 days of your original appointment. We are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment to ensure your hair aligns with the consultation and service provided.
Please note that adjustment appointments are intended to refine the original service performed and are not available for changes in preference or requests that differ from the agreed-upon consultation.
CLOTHING & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Protective robes are provided during color services to help safeguard your clothing. However, EQ ST•DIO is not responsible for damage to personal items, including clothing, accessories, or valuables. We recommend avoiding delicate fabrics, high collars, and expensive garments during chemical appointments.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, contactless payment methods, and Tap to Pay. Payment is due upon completion of services.
